EGSS / Stanstead – Night restrictions 0100L 25 March – 0159L 28 October 2018

The restriction limits the landing and departure of all aircraft during the summer 2018 night period, depending on its QC noise rating (ref: AIP supp, Airport Notice).

The 2018 summer season runs from 0100L 25 March to 0159L 28 October 2018, the restricted night period is as follows:

Aircraft Type                                  QC rating Arrival                        QC rating Departure

EC155(Heli)                                        QC 0.5                                             QC 0.5

Bombardier Global Express               QC 0                                              QC 0.25

Falcon 7X                                           QC 0                                              QC 0.25

In previous years, certain aircraft types were exempt from Night Noise restrictions, however, for the Summer 2018 period this is now not the case as the CAA have now imposed a movement restriction also. As shown in the supplement, aircraft rated up to QC1 can still operate depending on the movement limitations at that time. EC155(Heli)             QC 0.5                            QC 0.5                      Limited slot availability during                                                                                                      the night quota period
